EASYJOBHUNT TERMS OF SERVICE
1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Service (the “Terms” or the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between EasyJobHunt , a Washington limited liability company with its principal place of business at 100 North Howard Street., Suite R Spokane, WA 99201, United States.(“EasyJobHunt,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and you, whether you are accessing or using the EasyJobHunt website located at www.easyjobhunt.com, mobile applications, or any other websites, pages, features, or content owned or operated by EasyJobHunt (collectively, the “Platform”) as a job seeker, employer, recruiter, or other user (collectively, “you” or “User”).
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING OR USING ANY PART OF THE PLATFORM, CREATING AN ACCOUNT, OR CLICKING “I ACCEPT,” “SIGN UP,” OR ANY SIMILAR BUTTON, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AS WELL AS OUR PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, job seekers, employers, recruiters, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific portions, services, or features of the Platform, and such additional terms will be disclosed to you in connection with the applicable services or features. All such additional terms are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms, provided that in the event of any conflict between such additional terms and these Terms, these Terms shall govern.
EasyJobHunt reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
2. DEFINITIONS
For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
“Account” means a registered account that enables a User to access particular features of the Platform.
“Content” means all text, data, graphics, photographs, images, audio, video, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other materials that are displayed or available through the Platform.
“EasyJobHunt Content” means all Content that EasyJobHunt makes available through the Platform, including any Content licensed from a third party, but excluding User Content.
“Employer” means a User who accesses the Platform to post job openings, search for and evaluate job candidates, and communicate with job seekers.
“Fees” means any fees or charges that may be applicable to your use of the Platform, including subscription fees, per-job posting fees, or other charges as specified at the time of purchase.
“Intellectual Property Rights” means all patent rights, copyright rights, mask work rights, moral rights, rights of publicity, trademark, trade dress and service mark rights, goodwill, trade secret rights and other intellectual property rights as may now exist or hereafter come into existence, and all applications therefore and registrations, renewals and extensions thereof, under the laws of any state, country, territory or other jurisdiction.
“Job Seeker” means a User who accesses the Platform to search for and apply to job opportunities, create a professional profile, or communicate with potential employers.
“Platform” has the meaning set forth in Section 1.
“Privacy Policy” means the EasyJobHunt privacy policy, available at www.easyjobhunt.com/privacy.
“Recruiter” means a User who accesses the Platform to post job openings, search for and evaluate job candidates, and communicate with job seekers on behalf of an Employer.
“User” means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
“User Content” means all Content that a User posts, uploads, publishes, submits, transmits, or includes in their profile or job posting to be made available through the Platform, including job postings, resumes, cover letters, messaging communications, and profile information.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Account Creation
In order to access certain features of the Platform, you must register to create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. EasyJobHunt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
Registration may require you to select a password and username. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account. If you believe that your Account is no longer secure, you must immediately notify us at security@easyjobhunt.com. You may not transfer your Account to any other person, and you may not use another person’s Account without their express permission.
3.2 Eligibility
By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
(a) You are at least 16 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract, if higher);
(b) You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms;
(c) You have not previously been suspended or removed from the Platform;
(d) You do not have more than one active Account for the same user type (e.g., Job Seeker, Employer, or Recruiter) unless expressly permitted by EasyJobHunt; and
(e) Your registration and use of the Platform will not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party agreements to which you are subject.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, then (i) “you” includes you and that entity, (ii) you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the entity with the authority to bind the entity to these Terms, and (iii) you agree to these Terms on the entity’s behalf.
3.3 Account Types
The Platform offers different types of accounts for different users. The specific features and functionality available to you will depend on the type of Account you register:
(a) Job Seeker Accounts: Job Seeker Accounts are intended for individuals searching for employment opportunities. Job Seekers may create professional profiles, upload resumes and other application materials, search and apply for jobs, and communicate with potential Employers.
(b) Employer Accounts: Employer Accounts are intended for businesses and organizations seeking to hire employees. Employers may post job opportunities, search for and review candidate profiles, communicate with Job Seekers, and manage their hiring process.
(c) Recruiter Accounts: Recruiter Accounts are intended for professional recruiters, staffing agencies, and hiring professionals who act on behalf of Employers. Recruiters may access similar features as Employers, with additional functionality specific to recruiting activities.
EasyJobHunt reserves the right to create additional Account types or tiers with different features, functionality, and pricing at any time.
3.4 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account and any other actions taken in connection with your Account. You agree to immediately notify EasyJobHunt of any unauthorized uses of your Account or any other breaches of security. EasyJobHunt will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access your Account on your behalf. If you permit a third party to access your Account or act on your behalf in violation of these Terms, you do so at your own risk, and you agree that EasyJobHunt will not be liable for any actions performed by such third parties.
4. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
4.1 General Prohibitions
You agree not to do, or attempt to do, any of the following in connection with your access to or use of the Platform:
(a) Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;
(b) Post, upload, or distribute any Content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, infringing, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, harassing, threatening, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, false, misleading, or otherwise objectionable;
(c) Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your relationship with any person or entity;
(d) Engage in any unauthorized framing, linking, scraping, data-mining, robots, or other automated data collection or extraction methods of the Platform’s content;
(e) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or computer systems or networks connected to the Platform;
(f) Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform, including by transmitting any worms, viruses, spyware, malware, or any other code of a destructive, malicious, or disruptive nature;
(g) Inject content or code that could harm, interfere with, or otherwise exfiltrate data from the Platform;
(h) Violate or attempt to violate the security of the Platform;
(i) Access or use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the operation of the Platform;
(j) Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any network connected to the Platform, or breach any security or authentication measures;
(k) Utilize the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of these Terms;
(l) Create multiple accounts for the purpose of violating these Terms or circumventing account suspension or termination;
(m) Facilitate or encourage any violations of these Terms; or
(n) Use automated methods to access the Platform, post content, or create accounts except as expressly authorized by EasyJobHunt.
4.2 Job Seeker Specific Prohibitions
If you hold a Job Seeker Account, you additionally agree not to:
(a) Misrepresent your qualifications, experience, employment history, skills, or any other information in your profile or application materials;
(b) Submit applications for jobs for which you have no genuine interest;
(c) Create multiple Job Seeker profiles or submit multiple applications for the same position;
(d) Use the Platform to harvest contact information of Employers or Recruiters for purposes unrelated to legitimate job seeking;
(e) Share, sell, or transfer access to your Account to any third party; or
(f) Use the Platform primarily for networking, marketing, or soliciting business opportunities unrelated to seeking employment.
4.3 Employer/Recruiter Specific Prohibitions
If you hold an Employer or Recruiter Account, you additionally agree not to:
(a) Post job opportunities that do not represent actual, current employment opportunities;
(b) Post discriminatory job listings or otherwise indicate preferences based on characteristics protected by applicable law;
(c) Use the Platform to collect sensitive personal information from Job Seekers beyond what is reasonably necessary for evaluating candidacy;
(d) Use information obtained from Job Seekers for marketing, soliciting, or any purpose other than evaluation for potential employment;
(e) Charge or request payment from Job Seekers for application or consideration;
(f) Post the same job multiple times or in multiple categories to gain additional visibility;
(g) Post jobs that direct Job Seekers to other recruiting websites, require them to sign up for other services, or are otherwise designed to drive traffic to other websites;
(h) Use the Platform to harvest contact information of Job Seekers for purposes unrelated to legitimate recruiting or hiring; or
(i) Attempt to circumvent the Platform’s fee structure or payment system.
4.4 Reporting and Enforcement
EasyJobHunt reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor any user activity on the Platform and to remove any Content at our sole discretion. EasyJobHunt encourages users to report any activity or Content that violates these Terms by using the reporting functionality on the Platform or by contacting us at support@easyjobhunt.com.
If EasyJobHunt determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, EasyJobHunt may take any action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to:
(a) Issuing a warning; (b) Temporarily suspending your access to the Platform; (c) Permanently terminating your Account; (d) Removing any Content you have posted; (e) Disclosing information to law enforcement authorities; and/or (f) Taking legal action against you.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
5.1 EasyJobHunt Content
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, EasyJobHunt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and view the EasyJobHunt Content solely for your personal and non-commercial use in connection with using the Platform. You acknowledge that all Intellectual Property Rights in the EasyJobHunt Content remain with EasyJobHunt and its licensors.
You agree that you will not:
(a) Copy, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, attempt to discover any source code, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise exploit the Platform or any portion of the EasyJobHunt Content, except as expressly permitted by these Terms;
(b) Use any EasyJobHunt Content in a manner that suggests an association with any of our products, services, or brands;
(c) Use any meta tags, search terms, keywords, adwords, hidden text, or any other data or terms that contain EasyJobHunt’s name or trademarks on any page of any other website without our express written consent;
(d) Deep-link to the Platform for any purpose without our express written permission;
(e) Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without EasyJobHunt’s express prior written consent; or
(f) Access the Platform via automated means, including through scripts, bots, scrapers, data miners, or similar software, except as may be expressly permitted by EasyJobHunt.
5.2 Trademarks
The EasyJobHunt name and logo are trademarks of EasyJobHunt, and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of EasyJobHunt. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names, and company names or logos mentioned on the Platform are the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the permission of the applicable trademark holder.
5.3 Copyright Complaints and DMCA Policy
EasyJobHunt respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same. In appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, EasyJobHunt may terminate the accounts of users who infringe or are alleged to infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have otherwise been violated, please provide EasyJobHunt’s Copyright Agent with the following information:
(a) An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;
(b) A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
(c) A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Platform, with enough detail that we may find it;
(d) Your address, telephone number, and email address;
(e) A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law; and
(f) A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

EasyJobHunt will respond to all such notices, including as required or appropriate by removing the infringing material or disabling access to the infringing material.
6. USER CONTENT AND LICENSES
6.1 User Content
The Platform allows users to post, upload, publish, submit, transmit, or otherwise make available Content through various features, including but not limited to job postings, resumes, cover letters, professional profiles, and user-to-user messaging. All Content posted or otherwise submitted to the Platform is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such User Content. You acknowledge that all Content accessed by you using the Platform is at your own risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage or loss to you or any other party resulting therefrom.
6.2 License to User Content
By submitting any User Content to the Platform, you grant EasyJobHunt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Platform. The license granted in this section is limited to the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform and developing new features.
For Job Seekers, this license includes the right for EasyJobHunt to make your profile information and application materials available to potential Employers and Recruiters who use the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that your profile information and application materials may be transmitted to Employers or Recruiters to whom you have applied or whose job criteria matches your profile.
For Employers and Recruiters, this license includes the right for EasyJobHunt to display your job postings and company information to potential Job Seekers on the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the User Content that you post or otherwise provide on or through the Platform or that you otherwise have all necessary rights to post or provide such User Content and to grant the license described above. You further represent and warrant that your User Content, and EasyJobHunt’s use thereof, does not and will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
6.3 Feedback
If you provide EasyJobHunt with any comments, suggestions, recommendations, requests, or any other feedback regarding the Platform (“Feedback”), you hereby grant EasyJobHunt a royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, list information regarding, edit, translate, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and make derivative works of the Feedback in any form, media, or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose. You agree that such Feedback will be non-confidential.
6.4 Content Removal
EasyJobHunt reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, or remove User Content at our sole discretion at any time and for any reason without notice. EasyJobHunt is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, legality, or applicability of any User Content.
6.5 Data Privacy
Any personal information that you post or provide through the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
7. PLATFORM RULES AND JOB POSTING GUIDELINES
7.1 Job Posting Content and Format
All job postings on the Platform must comply with these Terms as well as our Job Posting Guidelines, which are incorporated herein by reference and available at www.easyjobhunt.com/job-posting-guidelines. Job postings must represent actual, current employment or contractual opportunities and must clearly describe the position, including the job title, primary responsibilities, required qualifications, employment type (e.g., full-time, part-time, contract), and location requirements.
Job postings must be written in a clear, professional manner without typographical errors, excessive capitalization, special characters, or repetitive keywords. All job postings must be assigned to the most appropriate job category and location. Employers and Recruiters are prohibited from posting the same job in multiple categories or locations unless each posting represents a separate position.
7.2 Equal Opportunity Employment
Employers and Recruiters must comply with all applicable equal employment opportunity laws and regulations. Job postings must not express a preference for candidates based on legally protected characteristics such as race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information, except where such a requirement is a bona fide occupational qualification.
EasyJobHunt reserves the right to remove any job posting that violates applicable equal employment opportunity laws or regulations or that otherwise expresses discriminatory preferences. EasyJobHunt may also suspend or terminate Accounts that repeatedly post discriminatory content.
7.3 Accurate Company Information
Employers and Recruiters must provide accurate information about their company or recruiting business. This includes the company name, location, industry, and other identifying information. Misrepresenting company information, including falsely claiming to represent a company, is prohibited and may result in immediate Account termination.
7.4 Prohibited Job Types
The following types of job postings are expressly prohibited on the Platform:
(a) Positions requiring payment from Job Seekers, such as training fees, certification costs, application fees, or recruitment costs;
(b) Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, or commission-only positions without clear disclosure of the compensation structure;
(c) Positions involving illegal activities or products;
(d) Positions that require disclosure of sensitive personal information prior to interview;
(e) Positions advertised as employment opportunities that are actually unpaid volunteer positions, unless clearly labeled as such;
(f) “Work from home” jobs or business opportunities that require up-front investments;
(g) Positions that direct users to other websites for application or that are designed primarily to collect user information or drive traffic to other websites;
(h) Adult-oriented or sexually explicit positions; and
(i) Positions that involve content or activities prohibited by these Terms or applicable law.
7.5 Resume and Profile Guidelines
Job Seekers must provide accurate information in their profiles, resumes, and other application materials. Misrepresenting qualifications, experience, education, or employment history is prohibited and may result in Account termination.
Job Seekers should exercise caution when including personal information in their profiles or application materials. EasyJobHunt recommends not including sensitive personal information such as social security numbers, financial account numbers, or other non-job-related personal data in profiles or application materials.
7.6 Communication Guidelines
The Platform provides various tools for communication between users, including messaging systems, application notifications, and interview scheduling tools. All communications through these systems must be professional and related to legitimate recruiting or job-seeking activities.
Prohibited communication activities include:
(a) Sending unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or promotional content unrelated to employment opportunities;
(b) Harassment, discriminatory comments, or threatening language;
(c) Soliciting personal information beyond what is necessary for legitimate recruiting purposes;
(d) Sending messages containing malicious links, attachments, or code; and
(e) Attempting to circumvent the Platform’s communication systems to avoid fees or violate these Terms.
EasyJobHunt may monitor communications through the Platform to ensure compliance with these Terms and to maintain the quality of the user experience. By using the Platform’s communication tools, you acknowledge and consent to such monitoring.
8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
8.1 Privacy Policy
EasyJobHunt’s collection and use of your personal information in connection with your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy is available at www.easyjobhunt.com/privacy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein.
8.2 Data Processing Agreements
If you are an Employer or Recruiter established in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, or are otherwise subject to data protection laws that require a data processing agreement, and you provide EasyJobHunt with personal data of individuals in connection with your use of the Platform, EasyJobHunt will process such personal data as your data processor. In such cases, our Data Processing Agreement, available at www.easyjobhunt.com/dpa, shall apply and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8.3 Communications from EasyJobHunt
By creating an Account, you consent to receive communications from EasyJobHunt related to your Account and use of the Platform. These communications may include notifications about application status, messages from other users, security alerts, and updates to these Terms or our other policies.
You may opt out of receiving promotional and marketing communications from EasyJobHunt by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these communications or by adjusting your notification preferences in your Account settings. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving promotional and marketing communications, you will continue to receive administrative and transactional communications related to your Account and use of the Platform.
9. PAYMENT TERMS AND SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
9.1 Fees and Payment
Certain features of the Platform may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. EasyJobHunt reserves the right to change the fees for any feature of the Platform at any time. Changes to periodic subscription fees will take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. You authorize EasyJobHunt to charge the payment method you provide for all fees incurred. If your payment method is declined for any reason, EasyJobHunt may suspend or terminate your access to paid features.
All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
9.2 Subscription Services
EasyJobHunt may offer subscription services for certain features of the Platform. By subscribing to these services, you agree to the following terms:
(a) Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select. Billing cycles are typically monthly or annual, as specified at the time of purchase.
(b) Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date. You authorize EasyJobHunt to automatically charge the payment method you have provided for each billing cycle until you cancel.
(c) Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings or by contacting support@easyjobhunt.com. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing cycle, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. Your subscription will not renew after the current billing cycle ends.
(d) Free Trials: EasyJobHunt may offer free trials of subscription services. If you register for a free trial, we will begin charging your payment method for the subscription fee at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel prior to the end of the free trial. If you cancel prior to the end of the free trial, you will not be charged for the subscription. The details of the free trial period, including its duration and the date when billing will begin, will be provided at the time of registration for the free trial.
9.3 Refund Policy
All fees paid to EasyJobHunt are non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase or required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact support@easyjobhunt.com with a detailed explanation of the circumstances. EasyJobHunt reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
10. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
10.1 Term
These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you use the Platform or maintain an Account.
10.2 Termination by User
You may terminate your Account at any time by following the “Delete Account” process in your Account settings or by contacting support@easyjobhunt.com. Deleting your Account will not automatically terminate any subscription services. You must separately cancel any active subscriptions as described in Section 9.2(c) to avoid future charges.
10.3 Termination or Suspension by EasyJobHunt
Without limiting other remedies available to EasyJobHunt at law or in equity, EasyJobHunt may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, terminate or suspend your access to all or any portion of the Platform and/or your Account, with or without cause, including if:
(a) You breach or violate any provision of these Terms;
(b) You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harassing conduct;
(c) You provide false or misleading information to EasyJobHunt;
(d) EasyJobHunt is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide;
(e) EasyJobHunt believes, in its sole discretion, that your actions may cause legal liability for you, other users, or EasyJobHunt;
(f) EasyJobHunt believes, in its sole discretion, that you are abusing the Platform in any way; or
(g) EasyJobHunt is required to do so by law or in response to a legal request.
If your Account is suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms, you may not register for a new Account without EasyJobHunt’s express permission.
10.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your Account:
(a) Your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease;
(b) EasyJobHunt may, but is not obligated to, delete any of your User Content from the Platform;
(c) Sections of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including but not limited to Sections 5 (Intellectual Property Rights), 6.2 (License to User Content), 6.3 (Feedback), 11 (Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), 13 (Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction), and 15 (General Provisions); and
(d) Any fees paid to EasyJobHunt are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by applicable law.
11. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EASYJOBHUNT AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, AND SUPPLIERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER EASYJOBHUNT NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, OR SUPPLIERS WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM IS ACCURATE, RELIABLE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT; THAT DEFECTS IN THE PLATFORM WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THE PLATFORM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
EASYJOBHUNT MAKES NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, QUALITY, OR LEGALITY OF ANY USER CONTENT, JOB POSTINGS, RESUMES, OR OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED BY USERS OF THE PLATFORM. EASYJOBHUNT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY JOB POSTINGS ARE FOR LEGITIMATE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES OR THAT ANY APPLICATIONS WILL RESULT IN INTERVIEWS OR EMPLOYMENT.
EASYJOBHUNT DOES NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANT THAT THE USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL NOT INFRINGE THE RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
11.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EASYJOBHUNT OR ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM OR ANY CONTENT OR SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL EASYJOBHUNT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR YOUR ACCOUNT OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EASYJOBHUNT ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY: (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT; (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM; (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (IV) INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE PLATFORM; (V) BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM BY ANY THIRD PARTY; (VI) ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PLATFORM; AND/OR (VII) USER CONTENT OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL EASYJOBHUNT’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE PLATFORM, OR YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO EASYJOBHUNT, IF ANY, FOR USING THE PLATFORM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
THESE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS. THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY IN THIS SECTION WILL APPLY EVEN IF EASYJOBHUNT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
11.3 User Interactions and Third-Party Verification
EasyJobHunt is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Platform. EasyJobHunt does not verify the accuracy of user profiles, job postings, or other User Content, nor does EasyJobHunt perform background checks on its users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and for verifying the identity and suitability of users with whom you interact. EasyJobHunt makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct or compatibility of users.
You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other users of the Platform, particularly if you decide to communicate with other users outside of the Platform or meet in person. You understand that EasyJobHunt does not in any way screen users, inquire into the background of users, or attempt to verify the statements of users. EasyJobHunt makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct of users or their compatibility with any current or future users.
11.4 Release
If you have a dispute with one or more users of the Platform, you release EasyJobHunt (and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors) from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which states: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EasyJobHunt, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your User Content; (c) your use of the Platform; (d) your violation of the rights of any third party, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights, publicity rights, confidentiality rights, property rights, or privacy rights; or (e) your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation. EasyJobHunt reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims. You agree not to settle any matter without the prior written consent of EasyJobHunt. EasyJobHunt will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION, GOVERNING LAW, AND JURISDICTION
13.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Washington, in each case located in Clark County, Washington, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
13.2 Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
You and EasyJobHunt agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or the use of the Platform (collectively, “Disputes”) will be settled by binding arbitration, except that each party retains the right to: (a) bring an individual action in small claims court, and (b) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party’s copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU AND EASYJOBHUNT ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Arbitration will be conducted by JAMS under its applicable rules, including the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures for claims of $250,000 or less and the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures for claims exceeding $250,000 in effect at the time the arbitration is initiated. The arbitration will be conducted in English by a single neutral arbitrator appointed in accordance with the JAMS rules. The arbitrator will decide the rights and liabilities, if any, of you and EasyJobHunt, and the dispute will not be consolidated with any other matters or joined with any other cases or parties. The arbitrator shall have the authority to grant any legal or equitable remedy or relief available under applicable law, these Terms, and the rules of arbitration, including injunctive relief, specific performance, and the award of attorneys’ fees. The arbitrator shall not have the authority to disregard or refuse to enforce the terms of these Terms, nor shall the arbitrator have the authority to award punitive or exemplary damages.
To the extent the filing fee for the arbitration exceeds the cost of filing a lawsuit, EasyJobHunt will pay the additional cost. If the arbitrator finds the arbitration to be non-frivolous, EasyJobHunt will pay all of the actual filing and arbitrator fees for the arbitration, provided your claim does not exceed $75,000. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted in Vancouver, Washington, unless you reside outside of the United States, in which case the arbitration shall be conducted in the capital city of the country in which you reside.
13.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND EASYJOBHUNT AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Further, unless both you and EasyJobHunt agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
13.4 Opt-Out
You have the right to opt out of the provisions of this Section 13 by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to the following address: EasyJobHunt LLC, 100 North Howard Street., Suite R Spokane, WA 99201, United States. or to the following email address: legal@easyjobhunt.com, within thirty (30) days after first becoming subject to this Section. Your notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you want to opt out of this arbitration agreement. If you opt out of this arbitration provision, all other parts of these Terms will continue to apply to you.
13.5 Time Limitation on Claims
YOU AND EASYJOBHUNT AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
14. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS
EasyJobHunt reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will be posted on the Platform. If a revision, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you through the Platform or via the email associated with your Account. By continuing to access or use the Platform after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Platform and delete your Account.
EasyJobHunt may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (including, but not limited to, the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time with or without notice. EasyJobHunt may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Platform without notice or liability.
15. GENERAL PROVISIONS
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Job Posting Guidelines, and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and EasyJobHunt concerning your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, between you and EasyJobHunt with respect to the Platform.
15.2 Waiver and Severability
The failure of EasyJobHunt to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
15.3 Assignment
You may not assign, delegate, or transfer these Terms or your rights or obligations hereunder, in any way (by operation of law or otherwise) without EasyJobHunt’s prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without consent.
15.4 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are for the sole benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns and nothing herein, express or implied, is intended to or shall confer upon any other person or entity any legal or equitable right, benefit, or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of these Terms.
15.5 Relationship of the Parties
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and EasyJobHunt, and you do not have any authority to bind EasyJobHunt in any respect whatsoever.
15.6 Notices
Any notices or other communications permitted or required hereunder, including those regarding modifications to these Terms, will be in writing and given by EasyJobHunt: (a) via email (in each case to the address that you provide); or (b) by posting to the Platform. For notices made by email, the date of receipt will be deemed the date on which such notice is transmitted.

15.7 Electronic Communications
You consent to receive communications from EasyJobHunt electronically, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights related to electronic communications.
15.8 Export Control
You may not use, export, re-export, import, or transfer any portion of the Platform except as authorized by United States law, the laws of the jurisdiction in which you obtained access to the Platform, and any other applicable laws and regulations. In particular, but without limitation, the Platform may not be exported or re-exported: (a) into any United States embargoed countries; or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Denied Person’s List or Entity List. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list.
15.9 Force Majeure
EasyJobHunt shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond EasyJobHunt’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation, strikes or other labor disputes, riots, civil disturbances, actions or inactions of governmental authorities, epidemics, pandemics, or the outbreak of hostilities or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of EasyJobHunt.
15.10 Interpretation
The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. The word “including” means “including without limitation.” Any use of the singular shall include the plural, and vice versa. Any reference to “days” shall mean calendar days unless otherwise specified.
15.11 Geographic Restrictions
EasyJobHunt is based in the United States and makes no representations that the Platform or any content or feature is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States. Those who access or use the Platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.

BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
16. USER RIGHTS
16.1 Account Rights
As a registered user of the Platform, you have the right to:
(a) Access and maintain your Account information, including the right to update, correct, or delete certain information through the Account settings;
(b) Establish security controls for your Account, including setting and changing your password;
(c) Choose your visibility settings and control how your profile or information is displayed to other users, subject to any limitations based on your account type or subscription level;
(d) Access the features and functionality of the Platform in accordance with these Terms and your Account type or subscription level; and
(e) Terminate your Account at any time as described in Section 10.2, subject to the conditions stated therein.
16.2 Content Rights
With respect to User Content that you submit to the Platform:
(a) You retain all ownership rights in your User Content, subject to the licenses granted to EasyJobHunt and other users as described in Section 6.2;
(b) You have the right to modify or delete User Content that you have submitted, although you acknowledge that: (i) certain User Content, once submitted to other users (such as job applications or communications), cannot be withdrawn or deleted from the recipient’s view; (ii) EasyJobHunt may retain archived copies of your User Content; and (iii) any User Content shared with or transmitted to other users or third parties may remain available even after you delete it from your Account;
(c) You have the right to control the sharing and visibility of your User Content through the privacy and visibility settings available on the Platform, subject to any limitations based on your account type or subscription level; and
(d) You have the right to download or export certain User Content that you have submitted to the Platform, such as your resume or profile information, in formats made available by EasyJobHunt.
16.3 Data Privacy Rights
You have certain rights regarding your personal information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Depending on your jurisdiction, these rights may include:
(a) The right to access personal information that EasyJobHunt has collected about you;
(b) The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information;
(c) The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal retention requirements or legitimate business purposes for retaining such information;
(d) The right to restrict or object to certain processing of your personal information;
(e) The right to data portability for certain information you have provided to EasyJobHunt;
(f) The right to withdraw consent for processing activities based on consent; and
(g) The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal information.
The availability and scope of these rights may vary based on your location and applicable data protection laws. The process for exercising these rights is detailed in our Privacy Policy.
16.4 Communication Preferences
You have the right to:
(a) Receive essential communications regarding your Account, security notifications, and updates to these Terms;
(b) Opt out of receiving marketing and promotional communications from EasyJobHunt by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in such communications or by adjusting your communication preferences in your Account settings;
(c) Set notification preferences regarding Platform activities, such as job recommendations, application updates, or messages from other users, as available in your Account settings; and
(d) Contact EasyJobHunt customer support and receive reasonable assistance with Platform-related issues.
16.5 Platform Access Rights
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you have the right to:
(a) Access and use the Platform features and functionality appropriate to your Account type and subscription level;
(b) Receive the services for which you have paid for the duration of any paid subscription period, subject to the terms of Section 9;
(c) Benefit from basic technical support services provided by EasyJobHunt to address Platform functionality issues; and
(d) Receive reasonable advance notice of any material changes to the Platform that may affect your use, except when circumstances require immediate changes for security, legal, or technical reasons.
16.6 Limitations on User Rights
The rights outlined in this Section 16 are subject to:
(a) Your continued compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations;
(b) The features and functionality available for your Account type and subscription level;
(c) EasyJobHunt’s right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform as described in Section 14;
(d) The limitations on EasyJobHunt’s liability and disclaimers set forth in Section 11; and
(e) Any restrictions or limitations imposed by applicable laws or regulations.
EasyJobHunt reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user’s rights under these Terms for violations of these Terms or applicable laws as described in Section 10.
Nothing in this Section 16 shall be construed to provide rights beyond those explicitly granted in these Terms or required by applicable law.
17. ACCESSIBILITY
17.1 Commitment to Accessibility
EasyJobHunt is committed to making reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is accessible to individuals with disabilities, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards where feasible, though we acknowledge that certain portions of the Platform may not fully comply with these standards at all times, particularly where content is user-generated.
17.2 Accessibility Features
The Platform incorporates various accessibility features designed to enhance usability for individuals with disabilities, which may include:
(a) Text alternatives for non-text content; (b) Navigable interfaces that can be operated through various inputs, including keyboard navigation; (c) Readable content with suitable contrast ratios; (d) Compatibility with common assistive technologies; and (e) Other features designed to enhance accessibility based on current technological capabilities.

18. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
18.1 User Compliance Obligations
You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, rules, and regulations. This includes, without limitation, laws regarding:
(a) Employment and labor standards, including non-discrimination, wage and hour, and workplace safety requirements; (b) Privacy and data protection; (c) Intellectual property rights; (d) Consumer protection; (e) Export control regulations; and (f) Anti-discrimination and equal opportunity laws.
If you are an Employer or Recruiter, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your job postings, hiring practices, and use of information obtained through the Platform comply with all applicable laws, including equal employment opportunity laws and regulations.
18.2 Jurisdiction-Specific Provisions
Certain jurisdictions may have specific legal requirements that apply to your use of the Platform. EasyJobHunt may implement jurisdiction-specific terms or features to address these requirements. If additional terms apply to users in specific jurisdictions, such terms will be made available to affected users and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
18.3 Tax Compliance
You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges that may apply to your use of the Platform, including any taxes related to purchases, income earned, or employment relationships formed through the Platform. EasyJobHunt is not responsible for determining whether taxes apply to your transactions or for collecting, reporting, or remitting any taxes arising from any transaction, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.
19. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS AND MAINTENANCE
19.1 Platform Updates and Modifications
EasyJobHunt reserves the right to update, modify, or enhance the Platform at any time without prior notice. These modifications may include:
(a) Adding or removing features or functionality; (b) Updating design elements and user interfaces; (c) Implementing technological improvements; (d) Addressing security vulnerabilities or compliance requirements; and (e) Making other changes to improve the Platform or align with business objectives.
While EasyJobHunt strives to ensure that modifications do not materially reduce the overall functionality of the Platform for paid subscribers during their subscription term, you acknowledge that features, functionality, and design may evolve over time.
19.2 Scheduled Maintenance
EasyJobHunt performs routine maintenance to ensure the Platform’s stability, security, and performance. We attempt to schedule maintenance during periods of typically low usage, but some maintenance activities may temporarily impact Platform availability or functionality. When feasible for planned major maintenance events, we will provide advance notice through the Platform or via email.
19.3 Unscheduled Maintenance and System Outages
EasyJobHunt may need to perform emergency or unscheduled maintenance to address security vulnerabilities, system failures, or other urgent issues. Such maintenance may occur without prior notice and may cause temporary Platform unavailability. Additionally, the Platform may experience outages or disruptions due to factors beyond our reasonable control.
You acknowledge that temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance or outages does not constitute a breach of these Terms, and EasyJobHunt will not be liable for any consequences resulting from such unavailability.
20. SUPPORT AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
20.1 Standard Support
EasyJobHunt provides standard technical support to address Platform functionality issues. Standard support is available through:
(a) Online help resources, including FAQs, user guides, and tutorials; (b) Email support at support@easyjobhunt.com; and (c) Other support channels as EasyJobHunt may establish and communicate to users.
Standard support is included at no additional charge with all Account types, though response times may vary based on subscription level.
20.2 Premium Support
Certain subscription levels may include enhanced support features, such as:
(a) Prioritized response times; (b) Telephone support; (c) Dedicated account representatives; or (d) Other enhanced support services as specified in the applicable subscription terms.
The availability, scope, and conditions of premium support services are determined by your specific subscription level and are subject to change.
20.3 Support Limitations
Technical support is limited to assistance with Platform functionality issues and does not include:
(a) Training on basic computer or internet skills; (b) Support for third-party software, hardware, or services not provided by EasyJobHunt; (c) Custom development or integration services; (d) Data recovery services for data lost due to user error or actions; (e) Career counseling, resume writing, or other professional services; or (f) Legal advice regarding employment matters or compliance issues.
EasyJobHunt reserves the right to limit support resources provided to users who abuse support channels or make excessive support requests.
21. BETA FEATURES AND TESTING
21.1 Beta Features
EasyJobHunt may offer access to beta, preview, early access, or otherwise pre-release features, functionality, products, or services (“Beta Features”). Beta Features are provided for evaluation and feedback purposes and may not be fully tested or finalized.
When using Beta Features, you acknowledge and agree that:
(a) Beta Features may contain errors, defects, or limitations that could result in data loss, inaccuracies, or other failures;
(b) Beta Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice;
(c) EasyJobHunt makes no guarantees regarding the performance, reliability, availability, or future release of Beta Features;
(d) The provisions of Section 11 (Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability) apply with particular force to Beta Features; and
(e) You will use Beta Features at your own risk.
21.2 Feedback on Beta Features
EasyJobHunt encourages users to provide feedback on Beta Features. Any feedback you provide regarding Beta Features is subject to the provisions of Section 6.3 (Feedback).
22. REFERRAL PROGRAMS AND PROMOTIONS
22.1 Referral Programs
EasyJobHunt may offer programs that reward users for referring new users to the Platform (“Referral Programs”). If you participate in a Referral Program, you agree:
(a) To comply with all rules and conditions of the specific Referral Program;
(b) To send referral invitations only to individuals with whom you have a personal or professional connection and who you reasonably believe would be interested in the Platform;
(c) Not to engage in spamming or send unsolicited communications;
(d) That rewards may be contingent upon the referred user meeting certain conditions (such as creating an account, subscribing to paid services, or remaining active for a specified period);
(e) That EasyJobHunt may limit, modify, or terminate the Referral Program at any time; and
(f) That EasyJobHunt reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Referral Program has been abused or manipulated, or if referrals were obtained through fraudulent or inappropriate means.
22.2 Promotions and Special Offers
EasyJobHunt may offer promotions, discounts, or special offers for Platform services. All such offers are subject to any specific terms and conditions associated with the offer and may be changed or withdrawn at any time unless otherwise specified in the offer terms.
23. CORPORATE ACCOUNTS AND ENTERPRISE SERVICES
23.1 Enterprise Agreements
Corporate customers who enter into an Enterprise Agreement or similar contractual arrangement with EasyJobHunt for Platform services are bound by the terms of that agreement in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the provisions of an Enterprise Agreement, the Enterprise Agreement shall govern to the extent of the conflict.
23.2 Organizational Accounts
Organizations may create administrative accounts that allow designated administrators to manage multiple user accounts within their organization. Administrators of such accounts may have access to usage information, content, and data associated with the managed accounts.
If you use the Platform through an organizational account:
(a) The organization’s administrator may be able to access, monitor, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform;
(b) The organization’s policies may govern your use of the Platform in addition to these Terms;
(c) Your personal information may be accessible to the organization’s administrator; and
(d) The organization may be responsible for payment of fees associated with your use of the Platform.
23.3 Account Ownership and Transitions
If your access to the Platform is provided through an employer, educational institution, or other organization, you acknowledge that:
(a) The organization may own the account and any associated data;
(b) Your access may be terminated if your relationship with the organization ends;
(c) The organization may transfer account management to another individual; and
(d) You may not be entitled to continued access to the Platform or any data associated with the account after your relationship with the organization ends.
24. SURVIVAL
All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, limitations of liability, dispute resolution provisions, and miscellaneous provisions.
25. COMPLETE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Job Posting Guidelines, Data Processing Agreement (if applicable), and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between EasyJobHunt and you regarding the Platform, and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between EasyJobHunt and you regarding the Platform.
BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.
