USER RIGHTS AGREEMENT NOTICE
This User Rights Agreement Notice (the “Agreement”) outlines the rights and responsibilities of users (“Users,” “you,” or “your”) of the EasyJobHunt website, platform, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”) provided by EasyJobHunt LLC, a Washington limited liability company with its principal place of business at 100 North Howard Street., Suite R Spokane, WA 99201, United States. (“EasyJobHunt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Agreement is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all Users, including Job Seekers, Employers, and Recruiters accessing or using the Platform.
This Agreement is intended to inform Users of their rights regarding their use of the Platform, including but not limited to rights related to account access, content ownership, data privacy, and communication preferences. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:
1.1 “Platform”
Refers to the EasyJobHunt website, mobile applications, and related services, features, and content provided by EasyJobHunt.
1.2 “User”
Refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform, including but not limited to Job Seekers, Employers, and Recruiters.
1.3 “Account”
Refers to a registered account created on the Platform that allows Users to access specific features and services.
1.4 “Personal Data”
Refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person as defined under applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other relevant privacy regulations.
1.5 “Content”
Refers to any text, images, audio, videos, or other materials uploaded, posted, shared, or otherwise made available by Users or EasyJobHunt on the Platform.
2. USER RIGHTS
EasyJobHunt is committed to empowering Users by granting them specific rights related to the use of the Platform and the management of their personal data. These rights are summarized below:
2.1 Right to Access the Platform
(a) Account Creation: Users have the right to register for an Account on the Platform, subject to eligibility requirements set forth in the Terms of Service.
(b) Access to Services: Users have the right to access the features, services, and functionality of the Platform appropriate to their Account type, including job searching, job posting, candidate evaluation, and communication tools.
(c) Account Security: Users have the right to secure their Accounts by setting and managing unique passwords and utilizing additional security features, such as two-factor authentication, when available.
2.2 Right to Content Ownership and Control
(a) Ownership of User Content: Users retain ownership of any Content they provide, upload, or post to the Platform, including resumes, job postings, profiles, and messages.
(b) Content Management: Users have the right to modify, update, or delete their Content at any time through their Account settings, subject to the limitations described in Section 4.3 of this Agreement.
(c) License to EasyJobHunt: By uploading Content to the Platform, Users grant EasyJobHunt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving Platform services, as further described in the Terms of Service.
2.3 Right to Data Privacy
(a) Access to Personal Data: Users have the right to access the personal data EasyJobHunt collects and processes about them, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
(b) Data Correction: Users have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
(c) Data Deletion: Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data, subject to legal and contractual retention obligations.
(d) Data Portability: Users have the right to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format upon request.
(e) Consent Withdrawal: Where processing is based on User consent, Users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
2.4 Right to Control Communications
(a) Marketing Communications: Users have the right to opt out of receiving marketing and promotional communications from EasyJobHunt by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications or adjusting their preferences in their Account settings.
(b) Job Alerts and Notifications: Users have the right to customize their job alerts, application notifications, and other Platform-related communications through their Account settings.
(c) Essential Communications: Users understand that certain essential communications, such as security alerts, billing notifications, and updates to Terms of Service, cannot be opted out of, as they are necessary for the operation of the Platform.
2.5 Right to Equal Opportunity
Users have the right to access and use the Platform in an environment free from discrimination, harassment, or bias. EasyJobHunt is committed to promoting equal opportunity and ensuring that all Users are treated fairly regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or other protected characteristics.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
With the exercise of rights comes the responsibility to use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. Users agree to:
3.1 Provide Accurate Information
Users are responsible for providing true, accurate, and up-to-date information when creating an Account, uploading Content, or interacting with other Users on the Platform.
3.2 Use the Platform Lawfully
Users must use the Platform in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations, including employment, anti-discrimination, and privacy laws.
3.3 Protect Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials and promptly notifying EasyJobHunt of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
3.4 Respect Other Users
Users must treat other Users with respect and refrain from engaging in harassment, discrimination, or other inappropriate behavior.
3.5 Abide by Content Guidelines
Users must ensure that any Content they upload or post to the Platform complies with EasyJobHunt’s guidelines and does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material.
4. LIMITATIONS OF USER RIGHTS
4.1 Compliance with Terms of Service
User rights under this Agreement are subject to compliance with EasyJobHunt’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other applicable agreements and policies. EasyJobHunt reserves the right to suspend or terminate User rights in cases of non-compliance or violation of these Terms.
4.2 Content Availability
While Users retain ownership of their Content, EasyJobHunt may retain copies of User Content for compliance with legal obligations, resolution of disputes, or enforcement of agreements in accordance with applicable laws. Deleted Content may remain in backups or archives for a limited time.
4.3 Legal and Regulatory Limitations
Certain User rights may be subject to limitations imposed by applicable laws or regulatory requirements, such as restrictions on data deletion for compliance with legal retention obligations.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION RIGHTS
5.1 Informal Resolution
Users have the right to seek informal resolution of disputes with EasyJobHunt by contacting us at disputes@easyjobhunt.com. EasyJobHunt will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve User concerns.
5.2 Arbitration and Legal Remedies
Users agree to resolve disputes through the dispute resolution mechanisms outlined in EasyJobHunt’s Terms of Service, including arbitration where applicable. Users retain the right to pursue legal remedies as permitted by law.
6. AMENDMENTS TO USER RIGHTS
EasyJobHunt reserves the right to amend this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulatory requirements, or business practices. Users will be notified of material changes to this Agreement through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

BY USING THE EASYJOBHUNT PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS USER RIGHTS AGREEMENT NOTICE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
